Ex: I am an ENFP. The part of the description that stuck out to me was "ENFPs are fiercely independent, and much more than stability and security, they crave creativity and freedom." I need to be in an environment that allows me space to create, brainstorm, and come up with new ideas and solutions. I do well if I know what's expected of me and when the deadline is, and then have the freedom to accomplish the task on my own. The ENFP weakness that I identify with is not being good at administrative tasks and routine maintenance. While I can still do tasks as these, they aren't my natural giftings and I will need a bit more managing in this area.
