Mint & Maple is looking for an intern to help with all things in our studio! You enjoy putting systems in place and making them even better over time. You love problem-solving, can manage multiple projects at once, and are super organized and detail-oriented. You are passionate about being a part of our team and making a meaningful contribution to our brand! You will be working directly under and with our awesome Workshop Coordinator, Julia, and with our Director of Product Development, Janie, in the studio. Provide studio support for the Mint+Maple team.
Proactively seeks out ways to help workshops and product assembly run more effectively.
In charge of managing and assembling workshop and product supply inventory.
Contributes her own creativity- generates fun new ways to attract people to take our classes and to buy our products.
Runs errands to get food/drink/flowers/supplies for workshops.
Packages and ships products.
College student who has ideally completed at least one year of college.
Lives in or near Austin, TX.
Must come into the studio at least once a week for a minimum of 5 hours.
Ideally starts by February 5th.
Extreme attention to detail and unparalleled organizational skills.
Track record of success multi-tasking in a fast-pace, frequently changing environment.
Proven planning capabilities- ability to anticipate and proactively plan for busy waves.
Systematic thinker who spots inefficiencies and generates scalable solutions.
Self-directed, problem solver- proactively makes things happen without being asked.
Energetic- always going the extra mile.
Passionate about helping people engage their creativity.
Must be able to work Mondays or Tuesdays in the studio (8 am - 4 pm).
Ideally be able to assist Natalie at most workshops in Austin (usually Wednesday and Thursday nights from 5 pm-8:30 pm).
Must be able to work 5-10 hours/week.
